"I am. And I VERY VERY stupidly planned a hard leg workout before I needing to climb about 6 flights of stairs to reach a room garden for lunch with friends. Absolute fool.
Who's doing what?"
Run today for me. 12.5km.
Haven’t done squats in about a month, so will have to go through that “can’t walk for 3 days” but when I start again. Doesn’t seem to matter how gently I go when I restart squats, even a short session and my legs are fucked for days |

I've personally found that doing a few squats while waiting for the kettle to boil seems to reduce my reaction to leg workouts. Could be purely coincidental, though. |

Yes a gym session for me today, and with a gym buddy found off here on Fab. Just a general weight loss and toning session so we're both fabulous for the holidays - when we can have them! |

we both have a workout planned - she is off to the gym for an hour to do an upperbody sess and I'm off doing a bit of the old socially distant martial arts ( aka situps and kata ! )  |
