I've recently lost a few people in my life and I struggle to speak to people I know about how I feel and i got curious about how many other people out there might just need someone to talk too so regardless of how you look, what you want or what your gender is just drop a message and chat maybe it will help

They have email too....

Call the Cruse Helpline on 0808 808 1677 to talk to someone about a bereavement. If you're finding it hard to cope after a bereavement, you can send us an email at helpline@cruse.org.uk.

No, but if email them and explain you are not comfortable on the phone, they might be able to offer you another platform for communicating, or another more appropriate organisation/buddy or something.

There’s a phone app called Replika it’s an artificial intelligence friend who chats with you, I’ve got it on my phone not that I use it much now but it has been helpful at times.

If you’re not ready to speak to a counselling service on the phone just checking in with someone, even a virtual friend, can help

I've been to speak to professionals many times before and in my experience it never helped me I get more out of talking to random people there's something about the connection that helps and I'm in the military so if I go on the record it will or could affect my career
