How long did it take you to get your first meet on fab

Hi OP I was quite lucky to get mine the first the day I set up my profile and I thought he was too good to be true
I kinda was right as he is but still grateful to be in contact and have met twice so far. He's keen to continue just lacks consistency xx |

When I was on here as a couple a couple of months, just while we found our feet. Could have met someone the day we joined almost type of thing.
Once on my own as a single man? Quite a bit longer. Maybe 9 or 10 months as I'm sure 99% of other men will attest, some quicker but I bet more way longer. |

Not that long. As others have said, I went along to a big group social and met some people from there.
This was about 10 years ago on an old account.

Mine was in a matter of days of people I knew from other sites verifying me, and in the very early days, there wasn't as many single guys who could accommodate, and I was in the right age group for most people. Those were the days! |

So for women and couples it takes a few hours and men approximately 10 years, based on my thorough and keen observation of this thread.
Funny though because who are the men who the women are meeting quickly? Or are they couples?
It took me a few years before I met a couple. They were really nice and great fun, just for the record! |

I don't meet very often by choice. Apart from a group social I've only had 4 meets in 2 years but that could have been double figures if I accepted every offer from women and couples who didn't read my profile or didn't suit my preferences. It's very easy to get a meet if you're not selective. |

I started chatting to one of the first guys that messaged me and met within a couple of days I think. Still one of my best meets. I think attitudes have changed a lot on fab over the years and I miss the more mutual enjoyment. These days it’s a lot harder to find a guy that will give the kind of energy I like from a meet. Fab seems a lot more selfish these days. Maybe that’s just me though but it takes me longer to decide if I want to progress to meeting someone. |

Same here and that’s good advice. I like to have an idea how legitimate someone is (are they who they say they are) so as well as good conversation I watch for a pattern of behaviour online, over a period of time. At the end of the day I’m potentially putting my personal safety and sexual health at risk, so I will take all the precautions I feel necessary and comfortable with. Luckily for me there are guys out there who are patient and fully understand this. |

It took some time, I made a bad choice (she was nothing like her photo or profile and didn’t do the much-needed ‘verifications’ either).
But then (with only one other notable exception) it got a whole lot better, even though it can still be frustrating at times. |

We first joined 9 years ago , took 2days back then as the site wasn’t well known and comprised of mostly genuine swingers . Totally different story now though |

When I joined many years ago it was much easier to get meets as there were more genuine people on here as opposed to the current crop of dreamers and "Instagram" attention seakers. I think my first meet was the same day as I joined, this was on my first profile not the current one  |

Over a year because I seek someone quite specific for long term. I did get mails occasionally accusing me of being a fake because being a single female with lots of choice, yet not being verified. I did meet one man in that time for coffee, but neither of of us were verified and couldn't verify the meet. |

That’s the same as myself. Joined the next day found the people I’d met and took it from there. A couple of weeks after was my first meet off here… |

Plenty of offers but not found the right one yet. There's a couple I'll have a social with and see how it goes but I think I'm still a bit nervous. I've only been here a few weeks though! |

It took me a little while to pluck up the courage to actually meet someone. But my first social was pretty quick after I joined. I’m glad I didn’t rush into anything more than a social as I was then really lucky to meet someone who I’ve had lots of fab adventures with and still continue to see. I met them within 2 months of me joining. |

Yup. There's a big 'un in Manchester in December, though it's full at the mo. Under normal circumstances, there are fairly frequent organised socials around the UK. |

Depends.
I joined as a single guy but wasnt putting much effort in to it as I was doing ok with PoF at the time.
Few months later the wife decided she wanted in on the action as well so made a profile.for us both and got our first social within days.
So on one hand you could say months but I wasnt testing with fab. On the other, days when I was. |

Been on this for just over a month haven't really had the time for it though been a bit active but truthfully I'm starting to get a picture of this like it's a waste of time you know 100 single guys to 1 female lol so thinking about just deleting it you have more fun on nights out anyway |
