Anyone seen this yet? I thought it was a great insight into country life without being too preachy.

Really enjoying it so far… seems nicely genuine, just reporting what happens and kept interesting by interesting people.

Loved it. Found it interesting and pretty funny too.

Also goes to show just how hard our farmers work.

"I like it but can't help thinking its all staged though..."

Aye there’s obviously a little bit of staging for effect, eg you don’t just get the idea for a farm shop one day and have architects draw up designs and get it through planning in a couple of weeks etc, but nevertheless I agree with what others have said in that it’s the best thing Clarkson has done. Really surprised I like it!

Bloody hell though, imagine having all that money to be able to afford all that land just for doing your job ... good on him hey?

Two episodes in. I like it.

It shows the hard work and hoops farmers have to deal with. Even with his persona it’s good watching.

We started watching last night. Not a huge fan of him (hubby is), but it was actually really good, and quite sweet how he came across as genuinely affected by things emotionally. Some of the other characters make it extremely authentic.
