So my squad composition would be as follows
Myself, Sam Tender and Duchess of Pornwall on the front line.
- Sam Tender for his height and athletic ability. He'd also distract ladies of the opposing team 
- Duchess of Pornwall for her height, fiestyness and competitiveness
