there's the obvious choices; more muscles, less saggy bits, bigger dick, better teeth, proper beard, shed the fat. But to be honest, I'm fine trying to rock what I got.
...but if this magic can be used on the inside, I have a few aches, pains and ailments that can all fuck off please and thank you  |

My apple shape. I don't want to cheat and just suddenly become skinny but I'd like a waist I want to look fat girl hot in clothes and not like tle dee!

My tummy.
I've lost 7 stone and it's that which is bothering me the most. I think once I've finished losing weight and have kept it off for atleast a year, I'll be having surgery to sort it out. |

I'd like to be a little taller. I'm 5'10 but everyone seems to want a guy to be at least 6ft nowadays |

Stretch marks on my tummy, I absolutely despise them.
Once I've finished losing weight I am absolutely having a tummy tuck.

Once upon a time I would've said a bigger penis, but now I'm pretty content with who I am and what I have.
I wouldn't be meeting anyone who isn't happy with what I have anyways, so doesn't really impact me anymore. |
