--- you know the kind, blank but demand you have a visible face pic. Or the ones who can't travel or accommodate, and the young people who aren't looking for anyone over a certain age, but haven't figured out that you can set age limits... what's the actual point? It is a bit of a rant but more just an observation.  |

Yeah but I'm not meaning arsey, I get that tbf. But the profiles that basically have no intention, seems to be loads of people here lately just wanting to pass some time. |

My age filters are fairly open as I like to chat to people, especially from the forums. But I put my "meet" age range in my bio. Not my fault 99% of guys don't read it lol |

The overly aggressive ones always get me. They usually start off with something like ‘alright, i know how this works’ and then bark out a huge list of what they don’t like and who shouldn’t contact them. Obviously it’s fine to say what you don’t like but at least give people a clue about what you do like (other than moaning)  |

I always read a profile before messaging. That's just manners I guess. But profiles over a year old and still zero content. What's the point?

I used to have a well thought out profile. Now it just says here for the forums.
I still get messages saying I love your profile, I think we can really connect etc.
I think that is why some people don't bother with their profiles as not everyone reads them.
As for the shopping list of likes/dislikes are they a bad idea. Not necessarily just sometimes the execution is lacking.
Let's face it profiles are damned if you do, damned if you don't. |

I thought this was going to be a thread about humour, I’m a bit sad now because my profile is hilarious!
In all honesty, if people don’t want to/can’t be arsed to write a decent profile, I leave them to it. It’s none of my concern.
If we start pointing out the duplicity in people, then we’d never stop and probably implicate ourselves too. We’re all weird creatures who rarely see our own foibles and minor hypocrisies |

There's a couple's profile local to me seeking for a female to join them in the bedroom, however the profile text describes their ideal meet as bearded with a fairy chest. I'm assuming they couldn't be bothered to update their profile properly. |
