No. If you don't go to the gym and don't want to then don't.
I enjoy the gym I go to as it is run by an awesome woman who it inspirational and motivational for me. The rest of the clients are all amazing and it's a small enough gym to get to know most of them. |

I don't go to the gym but I do exercise outdoors about 5 or 6 days a week as a I enjoy running. Plus I also enjoy hiking and paddleboarding. So I suppose the great outdoors is my gym.

I go to the gym, mostly because I enjoy it but occasionally still go when I don't want to because I need to keep this sack of spuds I call a body I good nick somehow |

I am terrible at making myself do things (even the things I quite want to do).
Any obstacle is an excuse to not do something. Having to leave the house and drive somewhere, is a big obstacle.
For that reason I have a rowing machine upstairs. Mind you, I still manage to fail to exercise quite a bit!
