On the menu tonight:
Diced Lamb seasoned in a mild aromatic curry spice.
Some afterglow warmth from simmering a fresh Scotch Bonnet chilli in olive oil.
Finely chopped onion with tomato puree for the sauce base. Then a vegetable stock added and a diced crisp green bell pepper. Then slow cooked until tender and the sauce clings to the lamb and served on a bed of lime infused rice.
I'll also be nude whilst doing so. |
