Not managing to have a proper conversation with the people I am interested in. I get a lot of messages from men and TV/CD but that’s about it. What’s wrong with my profile ?  |

You're far from ugly, OP. Good photos & interesting bio.
However, your profile sounds more like a bucket list. Maybe say more about what you can offer, rather than what you want?
But that's just me nit picking.
Also bear in mind that you've only been on for a few weeks. Be flattered that people are messaging, but sort out your filters if you don't want a particular group messaging you.

On the tv/ts you have it categories as your looking for them so you will apper on they search list if you don’t want them messages you take them off your looking for list witch will stop you from appring on they search then go in to message filters and block all messages from tv/ts so you don’t get cold called |

There are more men on here than women you are bound to be contacted by men more often than by women.
If you don't want contacting by men then use your filters to block them. |

We've only just started to allow meets from the site, after over a year of many people waiting. So you're at the back of the queue for many people, along with other new users. People have been waiting to see friends etc. And many people just are not meeting yet.
Outside of exceptional times, your issue is very typical for men here, who wait months for progress. It's standard that you'll send loads of messages and feel ignored - that's a tough experience. You can control things to a limited extent by using the site to maximum effect and by deciding what realistic expectations to have. Once clubs are more open, you can meet others there too. Single men typically don't sell themselves well, often by not letting that be the focus of their communication - think in reverse, what would people viewing you be likely to want to know and feel good about seeing from you? It's marketing ABC. Photos, if they give someone enough to be able to imagine you being with them and it giving them a positive desire for you, is perfect. Always have good clear pics that allow the best possible perception of you. Avoiding being in dark clothes, against a dark background, can be very helpful, as it lets us grasp your physique better. A wider range of pucs can be good, as each positive extra impression that others form, may be enough to increase their certainty that you could be a good match.
You will probably do well here, it's just that it could take some time and a lot of effort.  |

About to say the same. It looks a bit suss having having them listed as looking for but then saying you don't want to meet them. Kind of he doth protesteth too much. |

A discussion is brewing regarding my preferences - my profile clearly outlines I am not interested in tv and cd, however ts I am very much interested in. It’s a shame that transgender people don’t get their own category because being transgender is fundamentally different to being a tv / cd. But you are making a valid point that I didn’t see before, maybe I should mention that from the TS CD TV, I am only interested in TS. Although my profile says no tv and cd, which only leaves out ts but yeah, thank you for sharing  |
