Suppliments
Hi everyone
I'd really like know what people take as an enhancement for their libido. Well for the past 4 years i've tried so many, some claiming to give you 'superman sexual energy',costing hundreds. And yes some did work, but it only lasted for a few weeks, and then my sexual energy would totally collapse(so annoying, bearing in mine I've just spent like a small fortune for a months supply). In the end I found that by just getting high strength expensive multi vitamins, Omega 3 fish oils, E-1000i.u, Soft Iron, calcium + Magnesium + Zinc, n-acetyl cysteine, L-arginine, and L-carnitine tablets have had a huge effect on my sexual energy. I bought all these from Holland and Barret. Well initially I bought suppliments via the internet, but then after an awful lot of research I found Barrets is the best for deals, knowledge
that it's from a safe and reliable source, and ease of purchase. Yes I do know that the high strength Muliti vitamin already contains mag, zinc, calcium and vitamin E, but when I started taking these as an extra on it's own, the change was enormous. I mean since taking
these(it usually requires 2 to 4 weeks to notice change), I have
noticed that my sessions of pleasure/orgasms would last for 2 to 4 hours a night, 6 nights a week every month. Moreover my sperm count has increased too. I mean I could have a few hours of bliss a night and ejaculate then a few hours later in the morning perform again. I've also found via reading that all these suppliments need to be taken with food except for Iron, which needs to be taken on an empty stomach.

I always eat healthy, fresh fruits, veg, etc, and yes I do exercise a lot(at present I'm on a windsurfer holiday. I do average 2 hours on water).
I never use to take multi vitamins or supplements. But once I did start taking it, it just really increased my sexual energy enernomously. But you know all athelics take suppliments, because no matter how healthy you eat you can never get all the necessary minerals and irons for your body. |

I have tried testosterone suppliments and it has cycles of ups and downs through out the month. Besides I have had a full test from my gp and my level is very healthy, according to my gps results. But he did recommend vitamin D. |

Yes I know zinc is so important for your sexual energy. And oyster is one of the best source, but oyster is you know incredibly expensive, and yes it's lovely. |
