Do you spend on your adult childrens birthdays. Callum will be 22 and ive told him its not getting as much as he used to now hes a "man". Havent decided what to buy him yet but i already feel guilty

None... I don't have any.

But will admit my parents still spend WAY too much on me, and I'm 35.

In short... it depends on what I can afford at the time and that varies a bit. I have several children so I do need to consider that as well.

My child is only six but has way to much spent on here by all the family. The older nephew and nieces usually get around fifty pounds spent on them unless a mile stone birthday, and then if something they really need we usually get it them

We get gifts in th region of £20-£30. I never expect any more. I am sure in a few years when our little man grows up he will have a fair amount of money spent on him.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

My father gave me £100 this year for my 47th. It was such a shock as he was out of the country and had remembered my birthday before he even went away. He's seen me on my birthday before and not remembered.

My kids get £100 for birthdays, they all get the same no matter their age, i have an 11 year old and i would feel guilty if i spent more on here than my 20 year old so the amount dont go down with age

I bought a raspberry coloured leather shoulder bag and a black leather bag large enough for work papers in backpack mode but small enough to use just as a handbag.

I usually spend about £200 on them each for birthdays and about £500 each at christmas. Every year I say I won't but things are expensive. I can't just buy them one big present at christmas, I have to get lots of things they can open. Even a little present of aftershave is £40.

It all mounts up and to be honest as I start shopping fairly early I don't really want to add up what I tend to spend on them. Their still my babies

Mine were from Hampton Court and the Isle of Arran - the petrol was more than the bags.
