I did it on mon morning at black moss pot in the lake district. Fantastic little waterfall walk with great little swimming areas |

You'll feel fine in the water.
You'll feel fine when you get out.
But about 15 mins later your body will be struggling to up your temperature and that's what causes hypothermia.
Have warm clothes and a hot drink ready. And if you can't make your ring finger touch your thumb it's time to get out! |
