Apart from the usual tablets, nasal sprays and keeping away from pollen does anyone have any miracle cures or old wives tales that actually work for hay-fever as suffering a lot this year |

I know someone that swears nettle stings stop his hayfever...when he feels it starting he puts some shorts on and goes and walks through a patch of nettles  To be honest, I've never seen him showing any signs of hayfever, and he says he gets it pretty badly.
My hayfever isn't bad enough to make me even consider doing this  |
