I way prefer winks to unsolicited messages and says so clearly on my profile ... and, with the amount of moaning ladies/men do about messages, not sure why more people don't use them!
I get a wink to express their interest, I check out their profile and if I'm interested I wink back ... they message me then! Simple and works ... no stupid messages either!
Let's face it to reply to a message I always have to check out their profile anyway ... and I do actually reply to virtually all my messages so saves everyone time and feelings! |

I like getting a wink.
Surely a wink removes wasted time for both parties and simply says I'm interested, check my profile. Then if you wink back the messaging can start.
That 'should' make things easier for people and remove the amount of messages they have to go through to find someone they are interested in, especially when most people check the profiles before responding anyway. |

Surely a message of a sketch profile is worse?
Wouldn't you prefer to keep the messaging to people that winked and you liked the profile? |
