Smoky Bacon flavour. Suitable for vegetarians!
Steak and Onion flavour. Suitable for vegetarians!
Roast Chicken flavour. Suitable for vegetarians!
How many veggies out there actually stop and think - "well I know I haven't eaten meat for years but man - I just can't resist some meaty potato flavoured snacks!"
What's next? Diet chocolate? Alcohol free Jack Daniels? Sugar free Haribo's?
What's the world coming to???? |

"I think if you look, the cheese and onion ones r not suitable for veggies!!!! work that out!? "
No longer the case! For years it was the only flavour 'not' suitable - now is!
I guess that crisp boycott by the veggies finally paid off and walkers had to back down!! Either that - or they've just removed the word 'not' from the packets!
That's what I'd have done!! |

Why would a vegetarian want to eat crisps that taste like pigs, cows, chickens etc. I thought the whole idea of being a veggie was because they don't like the thought of eating animals??? |

"What's next? Diet chocolate? Alcohol free Jack Daniels? Sugar free Haribo's?
I do hope so. Especially the first and last options."
A friend of mine is diabetic and advises against sugar free sweets - most artificial sweeteners have a laxative effect. And the amount they need to use in sweeties and chocolate means that only a couple of squares is enough to have the effect... |

"Have you really been that bored you have been looking at flavours of crisps and whether they are suitable for veggies?? haha xx"
Me? Bored? As if!!!
Busy planning all kinds of debauchery in my head for later this week !
The crisp thing was purely a passing observation!
My next post will be on the ever present argument of 'does my bum look big in this?' - a study of adult diapers! |

I've been an Ovo Lacto veggie for over 25 yrs and I eat meaty flavour crisp......
It's no biggie,,,,, in-fact I prefer them....well saying that, I find Worcester sauce crisps vile even though no Anchovies were harmed in their making |

I think the idea of pure vegetarianism is the idea of killing living things(of the animal order(those that we perceive to feel pain mainly)for food...as opposed to not liking the thought of meat.
but anyway, no matter what, we injest 'dead' stuff consistently. |
