I have a tic in my left eyelid. It's driving me spare.

This is not good. I've only done about a third of the things I need to do today

Caffeine, caffeine, my kingdom for some caffeine.

In the human body, potassium is involved in nerve function, muscle control and blood pressure - bananas are a good source of quick-release potassium. You may have noticed some of the olympic athletes eating them between rounds of whichever sport they were participating in. Conversely, excess caffeine will cause muscular spasm (the "shakes") and should be avoided if eye tics are a problem. A topical cold-compress will help alleviate the symptoms.

That will be 300 guineas for a private consultation, please
