There is an app you can download called Mr. Number which is free and you can block all withheld calls and also specific numbers with it.

Just thought I'd share the joy!

It can't stop them from getting another number, but if they realise that you can just block them again it might deter them!

I got a confused text this morning after I blocked all private numbers. Bless him he didn't understand how I managed to hang up on him so quickly and often!
