I drink it everyday in hot water … I read somewhere it’s good for digestion/promotes weight loss etc - I think that might have been a load of cobblers though tbh lol but I still drink it because it’s niiiice xx |

They do  that face … so did my pup when he ran off with a bit I dropped lol
The apple cider vinegar Yasmeen mentioned before makes me do that too … but it’s supposed to be good for you
