BBC news online has a clip of a lady confronting a man in a car she says sexually harrased her. You can here the nerves and upset in her voice. Good on her. Let people live their lives without harassing them. |

I have been watching vids and looking at pics here this morning, but this is the best thing I have seen this weekend. He is an arrogant, road hog, men ruling the road and cycling is so boring. The woman here is dignified and direct, and gets it on cam. He is being filmed hahaha and repeats it. I’m embarrassed to be a white male sometime! |

It’s the in thing at the moment to blame shitty behaviour on being white because it’s not racist when it’s aimed at white people

There’s a great video out there of a white van man harassing a woman cyclist and later down the road at a red light she rips his mirror off and cycled away. Good on her |

I just watch it, she was very brave and the guy was an absolute dick head. Why do some men think this is ok. I just don't understand why they think it's acceptable. |

I'm not sure confronting and recording them in these situations is a way we as a society should be moving. I'd have thought it would have been more effective had she explained to him why she didnt appreciate the comments and asking him to be more mindful of the effect it has on women in the future. |

She absolutely should record it as evidence and if that then happens to be a reachable moment for. Others then that's a bonus. |

I'm not sure subtlety works with that kind of person.
You need to tell them it was wrong and that if you ever see it experience it again, you will report them.
Sadly, all women have experienced inappropriate behaviour at some point and not all feel confident enough to tackle it head on.
