If so how did u go about it?

Yes, 3 years it’s been going on and we are just about getting there and this is with them admitting their faults

my kids dad suffered a heart attack in October.. now found out it could have been avoided because they missed out on a condition that should have been detected on a routine blood test

My friend did. It took 6 years & she nearly gave up at every step. It drained her. She won but they didn’t admit liability.

Genuinely talk to a solicitor who specialises in negligence,

Ask yourself honestly did your care fall below the expected standard and has it genuinely caused you harm ?

If it has and you can prove it you probably have a case.

It's not easy or else you'd have loads of people like the ones claiming whiplash injuries after car accidents and trying to win money when they know there's nothing wrong with them.

Good luck if you've genuinely been caused harm

not me it's my kids dad..heart attack 9 months ago..now been said if he had a routine blood test to detect a ongoing problem he would have not had a heart attack
