I've found there's a bit of a double standard.
Lots of men are loving a mum body when it comes to fun and they even see it as sexy and beautiful too but sadly I've found that many men still only want a siren when it comes to anything more |

I'm definitely in the mum bod category but appreciate the female form in many shapes and sizes. |

What is a mum bod and what is a sexy siren, definition wise?
As I am a mother I fall into the category of Mum bod, which according to most people’s definition that’s a body with curves and a real woman’s body but hang on, I have breast implants, I work out, I’m a size 6 so now this throws spanners in the works. Confused  |

Moms come in all shapes and sizes...there is no specific description of what a mom body looks like (at least not like the dad bod does). A woman's body is influenced by pregnancy alone ... and because of that it's not shamed and ridiculed like the dad bod.
I don't know what a sexy siren looks like and it's the first time I hear about it. |

I learnt years ago that confidence Is key. Exude confidence and the stripy wibbly bits fade into the background. I havnt looked back since deciding that I won't be ruled by insecurities. |
