More women and more people from ethnic minorities get honours in the new list.
Great on one hand but on the other .. let's just scrap the whole honours systems that rewards cronyism and success off the backs of others |

I'm all for honours to civilians and people who deserve recognition like nurses, fire fighters and researchers. But I've always found knighthoods for athletes and actors a bit naff.
Like Andy Murray getting a Knighthood for winning Wimbledon compared to say a community WORKER who has dedicated 40 years of their life to people getting an MBE. |

Add peerages to the list aswell and the house and lords..and the monarchy come to that.
I wonder how many people tell them to shove it? |

Was thinking similar to this. Only awards etc I’m ever interested in are the Pride of Britain awards  |
