I was given some wild boar sausages by a butcher I know last year, they were unbelievable
You need to cut out the middle man with vegetarian sausages and simply flush them straight down the toilet |

"What's all that about,
Who likes a good sausage, "
Made the mistake of seeing what one place made them with 30 plus years ago and not eaten one since.
Although I appreciate proper ones might not be made the same. |

They live with the meat ones, but in a cardboard cover instead of plastic |

Luckily I have a couple of really good butchers around where I live, no shortage of good quality sausages
There is something about that cheap nasty budget sausage though, normally for a hangover in a baguette red sauce |

Strange but there seems to be a lot of national pride in sausages, not sure what the classic British banger is, Cumberland maybe or Lincolnshire. I do know I'm partial to a good Toulouse sausage, can't stand anything Bratwurst though. |

I don't really like pork sausages, I rarely eat them. I like man sausage and chicken sausages. Occasionally chorizo but it has to be cooked so it's crispy and some of the delicious paprikay oil has come out. |

"Is Chorizo classed as a sausage,
If so it may well be the winner.
For me anyway, "
I would say so yes, I wouldn't fancy Chorizo mash and onion gravy that said, more of an accompaniment really I think |

"I use it for everything, even fat for the bbq skillets, it's great for getting a flame,
Not a mashed spud kinda deal I agree, but the Spanish style of potato dishes go well with it. "
Agreed it has a lot to offer, for more traditional bangers I always oven cook, not how most people cook them I suspect but I really find it the best way |
