Yeah I think it's tricky to spot although recently I saw a guy that I put on my hotlist just to admire his looks and every so often I see his location changes
From Bristol to London to Wales for example and its a new location each time I have viewed his profile so I wonder how genuine his profile is.xx |

I would say the length of time they had their profile and no verifications not even a webcam verification.
Pictures to show same body type doesn't have to be showing their face because some can't display their face for their own reason. Most commonly because of their job xx |

Simple ways:
1) Are they photo verified?
If no, high odds of being fake!
If yes, still high odds (photos can be faked) but they're getting lower.
2) Do they have normal verifications.
If no, go back to step 1.
If yes, how many and what types? Common sense has to be used here.
A single "watched this person wank on cam" is just that, not an indication it's a real person. Even a normal veri isnt a guarantee they're real. Some people use verified accounts to verify fake ones.
If there is still any doubt in your mind, use reverse image search.
After that, you're on your own.
