Hi all is it me or do we eat more food come weekend have been off today and quite honestly been a pig yet in week in moderation you the same ?

I definitely do - I just have little snacks when I'm working rather than a proper lunch.

My weekend diet is pretty similar to during the week

If I have a treat, it's usually a sausage or bacon butty when I take my car for a valet (there's a little cafe on site)

I have a strict diet.

Once my training starts full time next weekend I will be consuming 10 500ml protein shakes a day, basmati rice and half a chicken.

Everyday for 4 weeks then down to 6 shakes a day for the final 4 weeks.

You feel really bloated and fart a lot at first but soon settles down

My food intake is more relative to how busy I am. I can skip meals quite easily if I'm focussed on something - after which, I usually make up for it and invade the kitchen like a plague of locusts.
