I saw an awesome t shirt yesterday.
It said "this isn't a dad bod, it's a father figure"
Made me feel all fuzzy inside that did.
Obviously I've been no help at all with the question though  |

Wish I didn’t have a dad bod, but I’m unlikely to have either time or inclination to be ‘gym fit’, I’ve also got plenty to do otherwise, so I can only hope that some ladies appreciate the pics and don’t mind. |

Having dealt with pains due to sports most of my adult life, and the Gyms being closed here up until last week and being retired from ball nearly 2 years, and loving my red meat and wine, I can Deffo say I'm loving my new pain free Dad bod,I'm enjoying watching my tummy tatt expand lol  |

Id agree with this for myself. Iv slept with both and I certainly felt less self conscious when I was with the guy that wasn’t gym fit.

Neither of those. Women like men who used to go to the gym, but haven’t been for several months so they’ve softened up, so they still have definition but also the cuddle factor.

Dad bod definitely!
I was seeing someone briefly with a gym bod, I’ve never met anyone so arrogant and self absorbed with his body ever before and since. Made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, put me off for life |

Well Im definitely bigger then a dad bod.
But I've got alot To cuddle, hold and grab. A chunky monkey but very funky. With a great personality and naughty mind.
If there's any of them tshirts in 4/5xl send one this way. |

Seems quite judgemental to think that everyone with a decent body only cares about there body.
It seems to be quite common thought in this thread. Judging someone’s personality by their body type?
That wouldn’t fly if we judged a woman for being fat?
Let’s pick the body we like and then figure out who they are instead of being so judgemental |

Not a female preference but I far prefer to be gym fit as opposed to anything else. Doesn’t mean a 6 pack but still curvy with strength. Bulky, stocky, healthy and broad is how I like to be. Love the gym.

The lies you ladies are telling in this thread, if Adonis was stood next to Dad Bod, you wouldnt think twice u lying minxes. Im a Dad Bod, my brains ok but the rest isnt, whereas Adonis Brains are all over him bar his head hahaha Xxx |

I do love a nice muscular bod. few awesome tattoos and im a mess. might be biased though since himself looks that way. I hate this assumption that some people have that people who go to the gym are obsessed with themselves, arrogant narcissistic etc. I know plenty of "dad bods" who have those traits also. |

In my experience most guts with good bodies suffer from terrible body dysmorphia, myself included, and have terrible self esteem issues |

In my experience most guts with good bodies suffer from terrible body dysmorphia, myself included, and have terrible self esteem issues "
in some cases yes, I will agree there and I would also apply that to women also (I have body issues) my husband however does not, he just enjoys working out and lifting weights. |

Whats embarrassing for me is ive agreed to support a guy bigger than me n im big, to join a Gym when were allowed, as he wants to lose weight n went years ago n enjoyed it. Im not a Gym guy ever but if it helps him then i'll do it with him as his Community MH support worker ! Dreading it hahaha |

I’ve never been ripped, I’ve been stacked and built well. But since being hone I’d slacked. But I’m heading back out to work soon. So I’m in the garage in my own gym sorting out my phys. And I’m loving it again
Running every night, eating a lot cleaner and doing some weights again
It’s helping with a better sheep pattern and I feel better too.
That and meeting someone amazing as focused me again.
