Mental health awareness June

We maybe 11 days in June but I do normally posted one of these on the forum every couple of months. I do hope that all of us are feeling ok and I do hope that as I always say there are people out there if you are feeling down in the dumps to talk to I've been in that situation where I felt very low and I'm just glad that I have people around me to boost me up. I still feel it now and again where I feel really low but I just got to realise that life is too short and to try and enjoy it

I've been better lately - a mixture of shortening my work week, changing teams and the good weather. Hugs to anyone struggling. Its tough but you've got this!

I've been on my own mental health journey for the last 25 years.

I've been through the ups and downs, highs and lows, panic attacks and anxiety.

However alone you might feel at times you are not alone or the only one going through it.

There is support out there whether that is friends/family, contacting your GP or a helpline (CALM/Mind/Samaritans/111).

Doing ok, a break from here helped.

Actually starting a new job soon where I can directly use my experiences to help others in this area, cannot wait
