Is there a healthy snack that’s tastier, more varied and more convenient than crisps?

My body is currently 70% water and 30% Monster Munch; I need your help to kick a habit!

"Carrots!! "

Christian O’Connell had a short lived TV show where he convinced some chap to eat nothing but carrots for a week to test the theory that his skin would turn orange. The chap ended up being violently ill after three days and they had to stop the experiment.

I reckon I could eat Monster Munch for more than three days, thus carrots is the wrong answer.

Nuts rice cakes aren’t too bad in moderation and depending which ones you buy

Fruit in moderation high sugar levels in most fruit so not great but better than monster munch I think

I always get my bumhole in the ‘free from’ section, really don’t need those additives in my bumhole.

visiting the beach

Get an air-fryer.

Then make your own health(ier) crisps out of sweet potato, beetroot, etc.

A bit of a faff initially, but then stick them in bags/containers where you normally keep your crisps...

I have some cereal bar thingys made by a company called getbuzzing. Certain supermarkets stock them or you can buy them online. Theyre one of the few nut free cereal bars ive been able to find and theyre really good. I sometimes have one for breakfast and it keeps me going until lunch.
