In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon

No. Because no one is always right and sometimes the customer is a dickhead.

But driving past stops when there are people waiting or waiting to get off the bus is also not right. It's kinda missing the point of the job you're doing I think?

Going by the point of view you put across, aren't bus drivers supposed to stop at its required stop whether someone has pressed the bell or not??

As well as whether there are people at the stop or not??

From my experience working in different jobs customers abuse this policy and actually don't appreciate good customer service. Only a few do xx

No the customer isn't always right, I've come across plenty of people who think if they shout loud enough and stamp their feet, they will get their own way. Doesn't work like that thankfully. I think customers also forget sometimes that the person they are talking to/ yelling at, is actually human too.

Imagine that, a young child or other vulnerable individual, not paying attention, and the driver is studying that person to confirm that they're not paying attention, so you whizz on by.

I noticed alot of drivers don't use the passenger side wing mirror much but I can't see how the office expect you to cause an accident for a customer that only realises the bus is there as you have just joined traffic.

If you then abruptly stop for the passenger who tries flag you down at the last minute you could likely cause an accident which then you would be in trouble with the office after. I can't understand this one xx
