Taking time to notice and registering how you feel is a good thing   
We do live in a world where we heap expectations on ourselves . We do some times forget to look after ourselves .

Morning Taff, I’m a bit tired still. Had a bad start to the day as I slept through the alarm and had to rush to get my son ready for day services. But a few cups of tea should see me ok.
Just got to finish packing for a night away with my sons tomorrow. Fingers crossed that the sun stays with us x |
