Far too hot for a roast today. BBQ or a nice fresh chicken or steak salad mmmmmmmm

"broccoli, carrots, green beans, roasties, joint of beef and home made yorkies

bisto gravy as no idea how to make the proper stuff lol "

Its easy... you get the juices from the meat...in a saucepan some of the water from the veggie and a beef stock cube.. a bit of red wine (you don't have to use it). Some flour mixed with a bit of milk to thicken it.. or cornflour if you have it thicken it then add a bit of gravy browning...there you go you have gravy.....I add a bit of horseradish into mine if I am having beef...
