The ruddy remote! It's like the hunt for Red October at mine sometimes looking for it!
If it's not that, then it's hunting a charger. I wouldn't mind but we own more than 1.
Are you organised, like do you have a dedicated table or space for your remote?
Or do you play the 'where are my glasses, phone, keys game'?

When I lived on my own, nothing ever moved unless I moved it and stuff had ‘places’.
Since Amana and I moved in together, our ‘places’ are where the other one can’t find it and there’s the added chaos factor of small people.
I didn’t like watching TV anyway |

I would say I'm somewhat organised but when I misplace something it's usually in one of two places.
The worst is an item I rarely use like a lipstick and then I have to look in all the recent handbags I used loool xx |

I’m v disorganised & spend a lot of time hunting for things.. mainly my glasses.
The other day I was searching for my glasses looked high & low could not find them anywhere & knew I had left them in the sofa next to my iPad.
Then looked at my Mum who was sat on the same sofa... she was wearing my glasses.. put them on thinking they were hers!! |

As I'm practically the only person to use my remote, and that's extremely rarely, it's always on my coffee table next to me.
On the rare occasion my son uses it I usually find it on the arm of my sofa.
Try down the side of your chair, or in the fridge.

Everything has a place. Remote on the table, keys on the hook, glasses in their case in my desk drawer ready for work.

Now I empty them out before I put them away.
My day to day handbag...well, you could probably find the kitchen sink in there! |

I've done that before with other stuff.
I was going to Barbados...a very long time ago. And, I'd been buying loads of outfits, bikinis, loads of stuff. I put it all in a black bag to put up out of the way.
Come dustbin morning...I rushed outside with the kitchen bag and in my hurry I somehow ended up throwing my bag of outfits out...I was gutted  |

I have a dedicated space, but I also have 2 children my house is small and tidy, we don't lose too much.
My mum put my pots away while I was on holiday, its taken 2 days of searching to find my sieve! |
