I think it depends on how you measure success.
Not all of mt "meets" have resulted in anything more than a chat and a coffee but in all but one case I enjoyed it nether the less. |

Had some grate meets had some bad meets been let down
Just part off fab
Had some meets that were grate up in till a point that it turned bad
Couple off years ago meet a guy one Saturday evening
We get down to it and his phone gose off he picks it up turns out it’s his wife yes honey sorry I still at work sorry I got called out be home in a hour as he continues to pump away felt sick to my stomach for his wife also was a bit mad ( so I am work am I ) made me feel very dirty and low he was shocked that I kicked him out after he hung up the phone just lucky I didn’t start when he was on the phone |

We have successfully met everyone we've agreed a date and time with. We haven't successfully met everyone we've agreed to meet though one of two of them just stopped responding to messages when we suggested a time and place.
We've had many hugely enjoyable meets which we'd class as successful. Then there were the others... |

I have been lucky enough to have had great meets. Not a bad one. Just one didn't lead to more meets because there was no chemistry. Been with one fwb for almost a year and every meet is a good as the last. |

It kind of depends on your success criteria.
We have enjoyed all the meets we have had at the time. The only thing that would mark some of them down is the ghosting that has happened after a couple of meets, but such is life. |

I’ve always done a social meet for a first time meet, to see if we connect face to face, and also if the person is serious about turning up. I’ve had a few no-shows, a couple of ghostings, and some of the socials there was no chemistry.
The biggest disappointment for me, was the club scene, but I guess I expected too much  |
