The new Hollywood film is to feature 'real' sex scenes when it starts shooting later this year.

Is this crossing a line or are we now all so jaded that anything less is seen as a waste of celluloid?

I personally think a precedent for Hollywood will be set especially if it is the 'A-List' stars involved in the sex scenes rather then unknown or upcoming actors having sex.

However I think a sex scene, real or otherwise,is only relevant if it captures the intensity and ecstasy of real sex. Whether its real or not makes no difference to me unless you feel anything.
