Same here, it's a constant battle. Need the right diet, exercise and a whole lot of willpower
I need about 5000 calories a day to gain and that's expensive and I struggle to eat a lot of the time "
Currently eating at 5800 a day split over 5 meals. If you need food but struggle to actually chew and eat, liquid calories can be helpful. Swap some of your carbs out to things like fruit juices to bring down the volume of the meal. Keep protein high to around 1g/lb of BW and go to town.

I do prefer shakes and smoothies, I'm definitely big on carbs when eating.

How much you gain a week, when I was keeping on top I managed about 4 pounds but when I stop eating so much it starts dropping off |

Definitely not interested in being 'gym fit', but I've lost a lot over the past few years so personally, I'm quite happy with it at the mo.
I do want to try tightening things up a bit though. |

I was the same when working out..I lost so much weight but was very toned.
I tried protein shakes, they did not agree with me. |
