I really want to like Korean food but everything I've tried is really flipping spicy!
The flavours and smells and textures excite me but I can't handle the spicy!
Any good Korean foods that are not too spicy or that I can make. Myself at home and adjust the spicyness? |

Do you mean spicy or hot?
A lot of people conflate the two.
All Korean food is spicy and flavourful
But not everything is hot.
You can ask the restaurant to prepare the food with less heat and they should be able to cool it down.
Obviously there are some bbq food that's not too hot and broths that are just amazing.
Or their version of dumplings |

Spicy as in chilli spicy.
Not sure if they're Korean or not but I like the look of soup dumplings! |
