Rarely happens for me these days either OP, think it's an "age" thing - based on the evidence of your pics it doesn't appear to be a problem "non-spontaneously" so does it really matter if it doesn't happen when you're not expecting it?
If it's causing you concern though, as others have said, maybe a chat with your GP. |

Not causing me concern at all I am just aware of it I always assume as well that men with great body’s like yours never have problems
