So with bars and restaurants more or less open are people now venturing outside to socialise or are people still being cautious?

We are cautious but optimistic. We dont live in a a spesifically built up area and have some country pubs we can get to by walking. Distancing isnt going to be a problem and there shouldnt be large crowds so we are thinking of popping out this weekend.
