My left has impingement and it's temperamental - today it was very clicky and no amount of abuse from my PT could unclick it. He inflicts pain
Managed a decent prowler towing but only 75kg this week. Was over 95kg last week |

Ooooh, I’ve missed IKEA. When our eldest was about three, she got into bed in one of the kids bedroom setups and had a nap for an hour and a half. I had to do the shopping by myself whilst mr sat on a tiny stool next to her.
I have had a lovely day thanks, it’s my last day at work tomorrow so I haven’t been running at full throttle.
I will try and have a nap also when we go next time to IKEA
