How does one do it best?
I normally exercise with contacts, but lately I've been going on the bike with glasses, and they just end up sweaty and opaque! Is there a clever way to avoid this? |

Beer glasses I find are the most suitable: When you pick one up and use all your willpower to drink the contents. Most refreshing.
More seriously. Used to wear contacts but given up with the feckers as they make my eyes itch.
Glasses are the only way to go imho. Even if they do steam up |

"Okay, seems the consensus is to exercise in the blind and hope for the best! Dammit... Maybe I should build some tiny windshield wipers"
...and not be able to view all those lovely female bottoms in front of you, while your leading team Sky on your gyms exercise bike? |

You can get anti-fog spray for diving masks, you can probably get similar for glasses - if not, a little dish soap polished on works ok. To stop the sweat, I'm afraid it could be 70's head sweatband time for you |

Steamy glasses have never been a problem for me while exercising. I wear wear to the gym, pole dancing, swimming with no issues. Do you have the special coatings to help with glare and smudges etc? |
