Why would you choose to use an opener where you start by accusing the person you are messaging of being fake or using someone’s pictures. Baffles me, all it achieves is getting someone’s prickles up and them not wanting to speak to you.
It’s not a good tactic for those thinking about doing it. |

I can only hazard a guess that their intention was to ‘bait’ you into proving that you are genuine by sending them a personalised photo.
Some people are just sad, and it appears you saw through them. |

Yes that could be a reason. Also more likely to get a response to prove you’re real kind of thing.
