Serious Q......
In work, on t.v. , in the pub where ever. Do you ever consider women as 'people' without considering whether 'it's' fuck fodder or not ?
I'm not moralising or judging or anythinging..... I'm just curious. |

"Do you ever have a conversation with a woman and not consider which category she goes into ?
I would ............... I wouldn't."
No.
I do think that perhaps I’m odd but I tend not to sexualise people unless they’re in a sexual situation, so at work; they’re colleagues, on TV; actresses or presenters, etc.
Being bisexual doesn’t change it for either sex. |

Having worked in a very public facing environment for years, I don't tend to categorise women in that way, i may see one and think fuck she's fit, but then I'm a bloke. For me they are people first and foremost. |

Not going to lie, but I do it with TV shows where I'll think "she's fit" at the start of the show but oddly that becomes less important the more I watch the show and become invested in the characters.
Never do it in real life though because it's just creepy |

Personally, I think my brain tends to do both things simultaneously.
The "Would I/wouldn't I" just seems to be a sub-routine that runs, whatever I am actually doing. A lot of the time I am barely conscious I am doing it, but nearly always am.
I'd like to think this internal activity does not affect the external interaction. But I imagine at some level it must... |

In real life I mostly don’t but on here, a sex site, surely it’s a more sex focussed environment so it’s kind of different isn’t it?
At work I wouldn’t do any “send flirty email messages” to my colleagues but the forums are fair game for that sort of thing aren’t they?
Very different environments so surely there’s some leeway on a fuck site? |

You may not be moralising but anybody's answer on here will leave them open to the judgement of others from a few lines of reply when the answer is more complex.
Ans. 'People v's fuck fodder'. There are plenty of women that don't want to fuck me (fodder or not), and plenty of women that would moralise at the behaviour of other women (as people, characters, employees/ers or whatever).
Asking blokes to think of women as people is to desexualise them, when women no doubt think of men in the same respect - as (fuck)boys/lads or men - i.e trustworthy or not.
That's my thinking thunk for the day. |

There are plenty of women I know who I have no sexual interest in at all. There are some I find very attractive but I would have no intention of doing anything with and wouldn't even if they threw themselves at me. There is the occasional woman who is receptive to it who I would tell that I think she's beautiful.
I am perfectly capable of enjoying being around women I'm not sexually attracted to. I don't know why that wouldn't be the case. When I am attracted to somebody I always aim to behave appropriately. Just because I'm attractedto somebody it doesn't mean I hope to shag them. Luke |

Not at all, just because I’m on here, it hasn’t changed how I look at women.
I’ve never been one to ogle women in the street anyway, but you can see a beautiful person and appreciate them without ogling them.
Being in the relationship I am in with C I don’t even notice, it’s irrelevant whether they are beautiful or not, they don’t generate any more interest at all.
I’m living the dream already - if we both start chatting to a woman on here and are interested then I get to look at and flirt with them with C’s consent so there’s no need for anything else

I'm guessing that your sub-routines are fairly standard and outside of the conscious awareness of most people. If someone gets into the definitely would fuck basket, physiological changes and potential awareness could transpire.
If just 3 or 4 women were on an island for long enough with a man, there's probably a better chance that more of them reach into the fuckable basket. It may take days, months, years of extreme isolation to silently nudge things that way.
Unless we have the precision, developed personal mastery beyond ninja, we're going to be subject to the drives that we've evolved with, predominantly outside of our awareness. |

As an initial consideration, I don’t categorise women sexually in the way you’ve described. I think more in terms of attractiveness but I think the same of men and I most certainly am not interested in them as “fuck fodder.”
I certainly have conversations with women without considering sex as an eventuality but we can speak about sexual issues.
The consideration of sex only comes into it when my mind has been engaged that way with her through conversation, I suppose I’m a slow starter perhaps. |

I do think that's how I operate too. There is never any intention or pre meditation but I also believe we have a little programmed working away in the background. I'd like to think I'd treat everyone the same regardless of sexual attraction but i'm not sure it's possible. I'm not saying that those that are deemed sexually attractive always receive more positive treatment ...... it can vary but I have little doubt that attraction affects interaction. |

Politics, business, simply dealing with people in day to day life.
I am afraid that physical attractiveness smoothes the way somewhat.
It's essentially how we (and to a degree our society) are built. Obviously our conscious mind can be aware of this, and try to counteract it.

I think anyone who claims to not have such a little subroutine running is either fooling themselves or is genuinely unable to see their biases. There are plenty of experiments that show the way we behave is subtlety affected by the tiniest of details - the way a person walks, the objects around us, the colour of the decoration. These have all been shown to affect people's behavoir it is simply not possible that sexual attraction does not give us biases - our entire evolution is based on the fact that those with the most successful mating strategies are the ones who pass on their genes.
What our conscious mind does about this is a different matter.

I look at some people and think yes I would like a rumble on them given the chance or not . It’s human nature to think / fantasise / categorise stuff / people .
The issue is if you voice these openly and upset / insult others. We don’t live in a country (yet) with the thought police |

I always breath a sigh of relief at a lucky escape.

I think the interaction on these boards answer the question. There is definetly a difference of interaction based on the attractiveness of the female poster and the same goes with the most attractive guys. It's the way the world and our own biology works. |

I can relate to this.
I have very strong boundaries, if they're a work colleague, that's exactly what they are to me.
Once they're a friend, there's no chance of crossing that line.
I once dated a friend for 6 months and couldn't go past the kiss.

It’s possible in sone scenarios when you’re very content with life and on a much more important mission , it’s partly choice driven by wanting to or needing to think differently. |
