I know the sun has been shining and the world is slowly getting back to normal, but today has been bollocks and I am emotionally all over the place....
Tell me about your good days please or your good plans for tomorrow |

Tomorrow is the start of 4 days off which I haven't for a long long time. I'm physically exhausted. I'm looking forward to proper time with Sam. I've really missed that and going for a drink with my mates

"I got cake
I made lego
I broke down lego
We went for a walk in the park
I chatting with friends
We spent the evening listening to some Pearl Jam and STP"
Cake, lego, walks, friends and music sounds perfect |

Well I am sending you a big virtual hug OP and hope that you feel better soon. I can't say any thing exciting about my bank holiday weekend as it's just a quiet one...a nice quiet one. Just cos the world is getting back to normal and the sun is shining doesn't mean it's all the same and good for every one So chin up my fellow fabber and feel my hug.. |

Tomorrow is a new day. Sometimes we get wonky days, you know like being d*unk where things seem all over the place. Then the next day you may or may not have a hangover, or feel a little not yourself. But then you go back to being you. And you might have a shit day or a wonky day again in the future but that's perfectly OK and normal. Be kind to yourself and do things that make you happy.
Tomorrow I have no plans other than do something fun with my household. Its a new day. Or I'll just wing it like I quite often do.
Sorry you had a shit day. Its over now though. Sleep and wake up to a different day, a brand spanking new one. |

Lego makes any day great, unless you stand on it, then it can fuck right off! |

Sorry to hear that yesterday wasn't so great for you OP, ihope today is so much better.
Yesterday I had a mist-mas,a belated Christmas with loved ones that, due to COVID, I couldn't spend last Christmas with. We all had an amazing time; it was great to turn something negative into something so positive. So no matter how bad things may seem OP, there is always hope and happiness in the future so hang on in there. |

I'm sorry to see your feeling like this x
I had a really lovely day yesterday, spent catching up with an old friend.
We went for a day out and spent the night together.
I hadn't seen him for way over a year. It was special.
I really hope that whatever is troubling you, eases off and soon x |

I am normally wary of opening up too much on here but here goes
I have been on anti depressants for 3 years after a traumatic event and have recently come off them mainly because the pharmacy fucked up but anyway...I have been doing great but today has whacked me one...accompanied by a couple of arseholes = emotionally inept, mardy quim |

That sounds like a really rough ride. I'm not surprised you're feeling like you are.
It's not easy coming off meds!
And that coupled with life..well, it can be an up hill struggle but not impossible..one day at a time.
Fuck the arse holes and not in a good way.
Don't let them bring you down xx

These things happen. I'm sorry. Particularly if you're weaning off the meds.
Be kind to yourself. |

I spent yesterday morning just sobbing couldn’t shake it for ages. Hormones, men issues and health issues pushed me over the edge, I forced myself to go out and felt better for it. I’ve also refocused myself and know I’m not going to allow extra stress on me. |

So sorry you felt like that. It is awful when emotion hits in that way. Glad you got through it

im sorry to read you're feeling like this OP
you aren't alone though, if there's any comfort in that.
my life has recently burst into flames again (not just from the sun ) so im filling every waking moment with distraction, so i don't have the time to think or feel anything. that's how i cope with BS
my next distraction.. driving to Liverpool to see my best friend
