lost weight feel much better you can too

probably gonna get flamed for this and not fat shaming or anything just saying it as Ive found it

At start of lockdown put on a bit of timber so decided to lose weight been good exercised cut out all the crap etc to cut a long story short lost over 3 and half stone now and still going I feel a million times better for it my blood pressure was really high now normal I don’t get out of breath walking around or up a hill I dont sweat as much or feel uncomfortable or have tight cloths etc

So my advice to anyone overweight try and lose weight don’t make excuses life is too short and you will feel so much better

Like I said not fat shaming not having a dig at anyone and you might be happy as you are and thats fine if you are just saying I thought I was ok but the difference in my health is huge and really noticeable, I know its hard to start and its hard with kids and work etc and you might think your healthy but you will notice the difference I promise

anyway just thought Id share that take it as you want

You are so right.

But we all have to wait till our head is in the right frame.

A month ago I started Prep'ed meals for lunch. Local cafe is owned by 2 gym freaks. All clean cooked meals.

My cloths are feeling loose now.. and your right it feels soo good

well done yea the hardest bit is in the head making that first determined step its like giving up fags or booze you have to want it.

And you will hit a wall and the hard bit is keeping going but it gets easier I am glad you feel good too I thought I was ok but now I know I wasnt as I feel so different and better now!

I have been back in the pool four times a week lost 3 kilos. Since the pool reopened I need to swim to help with chronic pain. Only had painkillers a couple of times since April 13th

You are not wrong. But it is all about headspace and lifestyle choices.

Not everyone is ready to make the change or commitment.

Congrats on your success

I agree. It’s just finding my mojo! I’m struggling with that at the moment but I’m struggling with the fact I’ve put weight on! I need a kick up the arse. Some people are happy and fat and good luck to them. I’m not one of those people.

Nice one!! It's positive man. I've been back to the gym now it's opened and feel great. Well, I'm now struggling to open doors in my house cause I can't use my arms properly but still feels great!

That's great. I mean it's not news that people feel better losing weight but they're not always unfit being bigger

I climbed up snowdon 2 years ago
