It is really helpful, in my opinion, to find even small things that you can feel gratitude for, each day.
I find that the more things I am grateful for, the more I find to appreciate.
I feel it would be lovely if we could share a little something that we are grateful for right now.
I'm grateful that I feel safe in my home, and I'm about to crawl into my very cosy bed, which is one of my happy places.
Have you anything you would like to share? |

What an excellent thread to initiate; in a consumerist society the ideal situation for manufacturers, producers, and retailers is that everyone is perpetually dissatisfied with their possessions and themselves, constantly striving (and making payment for) the next new product.
I am grateful for the fact that I can walk every day, in a very good quality of durable boots that were recently sent to me from Germany.
I am recovering from Covid, that I acquired in December 2019.
I am never hungry, and I live in a secure home that I own.
I am grateful for having recently received my senior bus and train pass, that allows me to travel throughout Ireland foc, when all restrictions are lifted.
I live in a stable society that is not affected by war, famine or poverty.
Overall, I am grateful for having a good life.
I could go on; the only missing element is recreational sex with a group of like minded individuals, which is why I am on this site.

Gratitude is essential for mental wellbeing...
I have woken up, surviving a horrific pandemic.
The sun and the birds are welcoming the new day.
My son will soon be round to load up my old bathroom to take to the tip. We will talk utter rubbish and laugh.
I will enjoy another coffee.
Have a great day appreciating life’s simple pleasures |

I appreciate listening to the birdsong as I drink my tea
Grateful that my boys are healthy and succeeding in life
Grateful that I have money in the bank and a roof over my head.
Grateful that I am still alive and that I am relatively healthy despite having a heart condition
I think we need to be grateful for all we have in life and it is so true that there is always someone worse off than yourself |

My hubby was going through a rough stressful patch a few years ago. One of the things he learned along the way (Tony Robbins book I think), was that it’s impossible to be angry/sad and grateful at the same time xx |

If I'm healthy, have food in the fridge and a bed to sleep in at night.. I will always be grateful. It's the little things that truely matter when there's so many people struggling in the world right now. |

Love this .
I find things I’m grateful for every day, it’s so good for your mental health. It can be the smallest things too.
For me, it can be appreciating my warm cosy bed, having a roof over your head, the sound of birdsong, being able to walk in nature, anything like that. |

I’m grateful for my mother, who has helped me enormously with childcare over the past 2 years (I’m sole carer). She’s been a rock, especially since my sister passed away a few months ago.
I’m truly grateful for open-minded people on FAB who don’t assume every guy is a cock-womble. (Though evidently most are). These are dangerous waters we swim in amd not every fish is a shark
I’m grateful for getting back home to my own bed after I’ve been away on business for a few days, and also seeing my children again, usually running up to me at school pick, throwing their bags at me and saying “have you brought snacks?”
Lovely post OP
Will x
