What's the best nickname you have heard or given to someone and the back story behind it?
Do you have a nickname? If so, what is it and the story behind it.
'I have a boss called drill bit because he's a small boring tool'
Not my quote but, it could fit my boss quite well |

My school nickname was Thriller (but it was from the Michael Jackson song because I liked horror and werewolves and did a claasroom talk on werewolves once).
There was also someone else at school who used to call me Dildo for some unknown reason |

When I worked at Tesco I remember one senior manager was called Toenail, as he was so up the arse of another slightly more senior manager that that was all was left visible...
One time the slightly more senior manager was caught in the canteen laughing about it when she heard of it all.
As an aside, my specific store was in the news when I was there for looking at offering naturist shopping, so maybe there was a grain of truth to it! |

I was called pinky for about 5 years in school.
I got a hand me down bike from a cousin (I thought it was proper cool in electric yellow and green - early 90s!)... anyway the brand of the bike was written on in small pink graffiti and that was what everyone else picked up on.
kids can be cruel! |
