Hello everyone. I am relaxing and soon I will go out for a walk, we can finally meet, who else is excited about that? I am, will you get naughty tonight? I will watch a movie and I have the haribos ready |

Shock horror he's messaged (he's not on here that I know of!) to say he's still quite tired from working nights the last 2 nights so couldn't possibly wake up properly by 8:30 when we were due to meet! |

I've gotten up to 5's at 100kg. Seems that fewer reps isn't helping me develop. I really fricking enjoy deadlifts. And I've no idea why. |

Whoop 115kg x 2! 10kg heavier than last week and 5kg off my last one rep max
I've gotten up to 5's at 100kg. Seems that fewer reps isn't helping me develop. I really fricking enjoy deadlifts. And I've no idea why."
We do programmes where we start at around 12 reps then go down week by wee until we test our 1 rep max then start again. We also do lots of fluff work as well to help. Today we did good mornings and box lunges followed by barbell goblet squats and kb swings. |

Ahh I just tried single rep deadlifts. Managed 120 OK, but figure my back or knee would probably give out past that! Maybe if I had some actual supervision! |
