I'm a bit of a strange one because I try to do bits of both.

It's impossible to have "no worries" when you're bringing up children and have family members and close friends with dementia, cancer and passing away.

Yolo is good but you just can't live every day as if it's your last especially if you have days when your working long hours and then caring for others

I like a bit of hygge and must try to follow it more.
