[Will preface this by saying this is for discussion, so I'm not seeking agreement].
Now, on here, we have access to filter buttons and the verifications feature, but it seems many of us here find that it's tough to through the bad to find the good. This isn't an end-all solution; probably flawed in some way, but... what about if:
1. When you open a message, you had either the option of your own message and/or could select a preset response (for e.g. not interested)?
2. There were a automated, optional questionnaire that popped up in the window after you reply, prompting your thoughts on the person's profile, their approach, your interaction, etc., in which would ultimately lead to an Uber-like rating average score given to each profile directly based on interaction in messages? |

The message responses are a good idea.
The ratings nope - can you imagine the ratings that would be given by some of the people getting a no thanks? I got called a “freaky fat cunt” earlier just for saying “Thanks for the message, but you live way too far away for me. Happy fabbing” - can you honestly see people like that not abusing the feature to absolutely slate people who said no?

Yeah, true say there are some people who lack the maturity, I guess. |

Have an auto answer bot...if certain words that trigger a no thanks appear ... such as Hun ...fancy a fuck ....babes...thick ...thunder thighs et Al ... Then an automated response kicks in ... saving embarrassing annoying exchanges |

If there was an auto-response, all of the people who moan about not getting a reply would still moan that they had received auto-response instead of a hand-crafted bespoke reply. |

No it would be pointless and wasn't there something like that on here years ago anyhow and it didn't work out. Plus I would say the volume of mail some receive they don't even look at most of it so the sender still wouldn't get an automated response.
And like others say it would be open for abuse as well.
Just delete mails after you send them so you're not constantly checking to see if they are read or not . |
